HELLO PEEPS,
recently too busy and lazy to blog... too shag, muz be using my brain juice too much. Finally a day tt i really can slack during my work. THANK GOD! THE SYSTEM DOWN, not able to do shipment. TOTALLY NO SHIPMENT FOR ME THAT DAY. haha... YEAHH!!! YAHOO!!! hahaha.. but the next day gt lots of shipment to do. SYSTEM STILL DOWN, SOOOOOO.... input manually. waste of time. BUT input manually is faster than waiting for the report to load/run.
This is how much shipment is pending!!! not alot, jus around 10 inventory have to ship out on wed excluding those not yet create purchase order or sales order.
this is real stack on wed after input manually for the shipping document.OH YAH... just thot what am i so angry with the suppliers. small little things can make it so chaos. That's how it goes:
i told the suppliers that due to some system issue, i sent a revised copy of the purchase order with new purchase order number. Then, they say they cant change the PO anymore because some of the inventory have shipped back. i told them that we already close the part in our system with that new PO. WELL, they jus dont understand that they have to change no matter what. they seems to be lost when i told them change of PO. not jus that, they keep on referring to last week OPEN PO report and i had already sent them the latest OPEN PO report. Simply jus refer to the latest OPEN PO report isn't it better more clearer? haix... i don know how to reply them. btw OPEN PO report refers to outstanding PO or new PO that have not close yet.
1120pm, tt's late. though today work half day cuz i took 1st half leave to go back sch to get my gown/hood for my grad... YEAH!!!. the gown is nice... but it looks big on me.. ahhah... tml or sat den show u all... :)
time to go ZZZZ... TATA!
